Fiji Service Trip 2015 If you are interested in being considered for the Marsden team going to St James Anglican School, Levuka, Fiji in the Easter holidays 2015, please fill out the following questionnaire. This will help us in the selection process. The trip generally costs between $2,500 and $3,000. You will find more information on the Fiji Service Trip page on Ultranet. What does service mean to you? What service, if any, have you previously done? Which of your (character) strengths might help with this trip? What skills could you develop in preparation for this trip? What do you think might be some of the personal challenges in taking part? Can you describe a time when you were ‘at your best’ that might have a useful lesson for this particular trip? There will be a regular time commitment for preparation and debriefing during Term 1 – most probably during Lifeskills. What co-curricular or outside commitments will you have and are there specific times when you would be unavailable for meetings? Is there anything else you would like to add to support your application? All fundraising goes towards resources at St James Anglican School, Levuka and does not contribute to student travel or accommodation costs. Please discuss this with your parents and with their approval, return the completed form in either hard copy or by email to Mrs Celia McCarthy or the main office by Friday 29 August. For the girls selected, there will be a parent information evening and more paperwork to complete! You do not have to be a school leader to take part – every girl who goes, brings back some valuable lessons about herself and about the amazing people we meet.
