(To be printed on your organisation’s letterhead, signed and sent by regular mail to the following address, together with the enclosures (see below). This letter should not be signed by the LEAR (but by a legal representative of your organisation). You do not need to attach the enclosures, if you are sending this declaration together with a LEAR appointment letter and the legal representative is the same for both).

the use of the electronic exchange system (in the ‘My Area’ section of the Participant Portal) for managing the EU grants and prizes of my organisation
under the terms and conditions set out in the ‘Terms and Conditions of Use of the electronic exchange system’ published on the Participant Portal (http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal).

I acknowledge that each time my organisation uses the electronic exchange system, it reaffirms acceptance of the then-current Terms and Conditions of Use.
