2.Review and Approval of AgendaDecision MP-2013-08-28/01 The agenda presented in oneM2M-MP-2013-0175R01 was approved as modified and the status of the action items from the 1 August meeting was updated. (Secretary’s Note: Following the meeting, oneM2M-MP-2013-0175R01 was uploaded to the portal.) 3.Approval of 1 August 2013 Summary & Review of Action ItemsDecision MP-2013-08-28/02 oneM2M-2013-0173, the 1 August 2013 meeting summary, was approved as presented. 4.Method of Work Topics4.1Lifecycle of a Technical Contribution oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0003R01, Lifecycle of a Technical Contribution, was discussed.
Action MP-2013-08-28/01 An update to oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0003R01 will be provided for discussion to clarify some of the concepts discussed. 4.2Types of Input Documents oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0002R01, Types of Input Documents, was not discussed as the additional information being provided from the Legal subcommittee has not been received. This topic remains open. 4.3Announcing Meeting Times Action MP-2013-08-28/02 Enrico will create a CR against the WPD that includes the information provided in oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0014, Announcing Meeting Times. This update to the WPD will be submitted to the SC for approval. Action MP-2013-08-28/03 Enrico will create an update to oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0015, Conference call guidelines. Decision MP-2013-08-28/03 Once agreed, the information in oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0015, Conference call guidelines, shall be included in the Method of Work document. This document (and topic) remains open.
A contribution number for Administrative Document Types (oneM2M-TP-MoW-2013-0013) was reserved on the Portal but a document was not uploaded and, therefore, this topic was not discussed. The topic (and document) remains open. 5.Joint M&P/MoW TopicsNone 6.Methods & Processes Topics6.1Working Procedures Document Decision MP-2013-08-28/04 The M&P/MoW committees endorse the Partner notification of documents available for transposition. The proposed online repository which will house all TP-ratified documents was also endorsed. Decision MP-2013-08-28/05 The process to be followed to notify Partners of the availability of ratified documents shall be documented in the Method of Work document, as an Annex.
Action MP-2013-08-28/04 Vic to provide an update to oneM2M-MP-2013-0174, Deliverable Approval Announcement, incorporating the changes made during discussions. Enrico will create an Annex to the Method of Work document using -0174R01. Action MP-2013-08-28/05 In time for the October 2013 TP meeting, an online table which will house all ratified deliverables will be created and made available on www.onem2m.org. Both editable and pdf copies of the documents will be available. Action MP-2013-08-28/06 The Secretariat shall notify the Partners of the available of TR-001 and TR-002 following the TP meeting in October 2013. 6.2Drafting Rules Document While no specific contributions were submitted against the Drafting Rules Document (oneM2M-SC-2013-0249), there are open action items against the topic and the DRD will, therefore, remain on future agendas as an open topic. 7.Meeting ScheduleThe following future meetings were scheduled:
