CONFERENCE CALL
DEAR COLLEAGUES!

We are pleased to announce the International internet conference for young researchers and students entitled



«TOPICAL ISSUES OF FUNDAMENTAL AND APPLIED STUDIES»,

which will take place on May 19-20, 2016.



THE INTERNET CONFERENCE WILL DEAL WITH THE FOLLOWING SUBJECT AREAS:

1. Automated systems of data collection and management.

2. Computer modeling.

3. Physical and technical aspects of Materials Science.

4. Physics of the condensed state.

5. Scientific principles of new analytical systems development.

6. The impact of ionizing radiation sources on the matter.

7. Obtaining of solid-state materials and their properties.



Conference languages: Ukrainian, Polish, English, Russian.

The deadline for materials submission is April 25, 2016. The participants are asked to send their extended abstracts, registration forms and scanned payment receipts (in separate files) at konf_young_scientists@ukr.net



The conference fee for foreign participants is USD 5.

The conference fee covers participant’s expenses, preparation and mailing of the layout of the printed abstracts collection to the conference participants, as well as mailing of the printed abstracts collection to the central research and technical libraries. The conference participants may also receive by post the printed version of the conference abstracts collection. In this case they will have to pay an additional fee in the amount of USD 3 (if you are interested in this option, please state so in the registration form). The participants shall cover the postal service expenses.

The submitted abstracts will be available for discussion starting from May 19, 2016 at www.inforum.in.ua.
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION VIA EMAIL

Every conference participant is asked to submit to the Organizational Committee the following materials: the registration form, the scanned receipt of conference fee payment and a formatted abstract.



  • The files shall be named after the conference participant and Latin letters shall be used, e.g. John_Smith_abstract; John_Smith_registration form;

  • The text shall be prepared in Microsoft Office Word 2010 and its earlier versions and the file shall be saved in one of the following formats: *.rtf, *.doc, *.docx. In addition, to ensure the highest accuracy, it is advisable that the abstract in *.pdf format be provided.;

  • The email subject line shall contain the participant's first and last names followed by For the Internet conference (e.g., John Smith for the Internet conference);

ABSTRACTS REQUIREMENTS

The abstract (maximum 2 A4 pages) shall be prepared in Microsoft Office Word 2010 and its earlier versions (line spacing 1.5; font Times New Roman; size 12) and edited using the guidelines below:



  • In the left-hand upper corner of the page – UDC identifier (standard font, 12 pts);

  • Leave one empty line then give THE TITLE OF THE ABSTRACT (centered, in capital letter, semi-bold 14 pts);

  • Leave one empty line and then place the name of the author (first name, last name, centered, semi-bold 12 pts);

  • Next line – the author’s place of work (study), position, academic degree, academic rank, email (centered, standard 12 pts);

  • Leave one empty line and the body of your abstract should then follow (full justification, standard 12 pts, 1.5 interval without hyphenation).

  • Leave one empty line and follow with References (centered, compiled in the order of cited works, 9 pts).

  • Margins: all margins 15 mm; the main test should be indented from left by 7.5 mm;

  • The abstract pages should NOT be numbered;

  • The formulae should be centered with the possibility of their further editing (Microsoft Equation Editor 3.0) and numbered at the end of the line (right-margin justification). The formulae should be sized as follows: standard – 12 pts; big subscript/superscript – 9 pts; small big subscript/superscript – 7 pts; big symbol – 15 pts; small symbol – 12 pts.

  • The tables should be prepared using Microsoft Office Word, numbered and captioned, e.g. Table 1. Caption (Times New Roman, 10 pts, italics, right-margin justification);

  • Images and diagrams should be submitted in *.jpeg, *.bmp, *.tif, *.gif format and must be included in the text, captions are given in italics; the image (graphics) created by MS Word features should be grouped as one object.

The author providing the materials shall be responsible for the accuracy of the facts, citations, proper names and compliance with spelling and grammar rules. The abstracts will be posted on the website www.inforum.in.ua without any further editing before the conference starts.
