Mousley, Returning Officer CITY OF PLAYFORD Development Act 1993 Lyell McEwin Health Precinct Development Plan Amendment—Public Consultation Notice is hereby given that the City of Playford, pursuant to Sections 24 and 25 of the Development Act 1993, has prepared a Development Plan Amendment Report (DPA) to amend its Development Plan. The Amendment will change the Development Plan by proposing to rezone land around and including the Lyell McEwin Hospital (LMH) to meet the vision of the LMH Health Precinct Masterplan. This vision is to develop a strong cluster of mutually supporting activities that builds out from the existing LMH with a range of medical and supporting services including accom-modation, retail and commercial activities. The DPA report will be on public consultation from 6 February 2013, until 4 April 2013. The DPA report can be viewed on the Internet at http://www.playford.sa.gov.au/healthprecinctdpa or during normal office hours at the following locations: • Customer Service at the Playford Civic Centre, 10 Playford Boulevard, Elizabeth; • The Playford Library at the Civic Centre (as per above address); and • Customer Service and Library at Shop 51, Munno Para Shopping Centre. A ‘chat station’ will be set up at the Elizabeth Vale Shopping Centre on Wednesday, 20 February 2013 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. and Thursday, 21 February 2013 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Written submissions regarding the DPA should be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on 4 April 2013.
