[Section 4(1)(b)(vii)] It anybody wants to consult something are wants to represent something he can contact directly to Secretary of Chairman of the Committee & Committee organize the meetings monthly business.
[Section 4(1)(b)(viii)] On 1.4.2002, First committee was constituted under the Chairmanship Sh. Mahender Singh. The said market was superseded and Sh. Kalyan Singh was appointed as Administrator, again market committee was constituted for a period of w.e.f 1.4.2002 for a period of 3 year and Sh. Mahender Singh as chairman of APMC. Terms of the committee has expired on 31.3.2005. In the above period of the Marketing Committee has maintain all record of agenda and minutes and same are available and easily accessible if needed by anyone. Thereafter another Marketing Committee has formed by the Delhi Govt under the chairmanship of Sh. Mukesh Tiwari. The term of said marketing committee was expired on 15/05/210. At present no marketing committee is constituted the affaris of the committee is look after by the Vice Chairman, DAMB/ Director, DAM.
