Mr. Tudela has over 25 years of project, technical and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure management experience within Department of Defense (DoD). Experience Summary

Mr. Broyles has over 20 years experience in the Field Artillery and Chemical Corps in the areas of system engineering, development of doctrine and force structure, software engineering, material acquisition evaluation and analysis of requirements, and software training development. He has five and one half years of software analysis, development and sustainment experience, and an additional two years in systems analysis and evaluation. He worked with the Digital Message Device (DMD), the Fire Support Team (FIST) DMD, the Fire Direction System for Lance, the Fire Direction system for MLRS, TACFIRE, Fire Direction Data Manager and AFATDS. Mr. Broyles has development experience with Terminally Guided Warhead, Army TACMS, SADARM, Binary Chemical Warhead, MLRS, Joint Ground Launched Tacit Rainbow (JGLTR), BAT, and other Fire Support and Intelligence/Target Acquisition systems (Joint Stars Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). He has 2 years working experience with DOD-STD-2167. Mr. Broyles has managed projects, functioning as Branch Chief of the Post Deployment Software Support at USAFAS.

Sr. Specialty Engineer. Lead engineer on the THAAD Launcher Software Independent Verification and Validation (SIV&V) effort. He reviews and supervises review of all documentation and code associated with the THAAD Launcher Segment including Software Requirements, and Interface Specifications, Software and Interface Design Documents, and applications code. He is responsible for the static and dynamic analysis of the applications source code and for its independent testing. Mr. Broyles participates in the review and analysis of the TMI SIV&V simulation development for the THAAD Launcher. Mr. Broyles previously performed message flow analysis of fielded Fire Support Command and Control systems and analyzed throughput analysis for the Fire Direction Data Manager. Mr. Broyles provided SETA support to USAFAS DCD SETA in the area of doctrine, force, and operational concepts and to MFOM C2/FDDM he analyzed requirements and software engineering support. He reviewed and commented on AFATDS User Functional Definition for Fire Support. He prepared study and analysis of C3 architecture for attack operations, prepared study, analysis, and recommendations for future Fire Support communication and computer (software, hardware, interfaces, interoperability) systems. He analyzed hardware and software requirements for the MLRS Fire Direction Data Manager Product Office. He also analyzed Software Test and Evaluation Panel initiatives for management and resource impacts to the FDDM program. Mr. Broyles was the Post Deployment Software Support Branch Chief which involved managing efforts of CDSM's for TACFIRE, Battery Computer System, Lance and MLRS Fire Direction Systems, DMD and FIST DMD, Q36/Q37 Radars and Met Data System. This included software requirements definition and prioritization, review and approval of interface specifications. He represented USAFAS as a member of the Fire Control System Interface Technical Group for MLRS and TGW, and the Army TACMS Interface Control Working Group defining software requirements for the command and control interface to the M270 (MLRS) Launcher. He was responsible for the software and hardware requirements analysis, software requirements definition, and user approval of the software design for FIST DMD Version 1, DMD upgrade, Lance FDS Version 7, MLRS FDS Version 6, 7, 8, MLRS/Lance FDS Version 9, FDDM, and elements of TACFIRE Version 9. He was responsible for the design and integration of software requirements for TGW, TACMS, BAT, JGLTR and other systems into the command and control architecture for Fire Support; this included TACFIRE, FDS, FDDM, and requirements definition for AFATDS Version 1, 2, 3. He was responsible for participation in and concurrence with IRS, SRS, SSS (A- and B-Level Specifications), and RDDs for all FDSs, FDDM, FIST DMD.

Executive Officer/Special Weapons Officer. Mr. Broyles inspected and trained security offices of subordinate detachments for security documentation. He managed group’s special weapons training program. He successfully completed with no comments or deficiencies all major command inspections.

Chief, Team D (TACFIRE), Training Developments Division. Mr. Broyles validated, corrected, updated and fielded to Combined Arms Training Center Europe over 300 multimedia TACFIRE lessons. Required extreme attention to schedule and resource management to support the opening of a new Army school on time.
