Obituary was as follows:
Funeral Services Are Held for Mrs. Levan
The funeral services of Mrs. Calvin Levan, of Lincoln Avenue, Berwick, were held at the late home at two o'clock yesterday afternoon and were in charge of the Rev. C. R. Ness, pastor of the North Berwick Evangelical Church. A trio was composed of Dan Johns, Clark Bower and John S. Snyder sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "That Beautiful Land." The services were largely attended. There was a profusion of beautiful floral tributes.
The pall bearers were: C. Redline, C. Laubach, D. Laubach, D. Heller, M. Kreischer and R. McElwee. Interment was made in the Pine Grove cemetary annex.
Among those attending the services from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. Frank Levan and family, James Levan, Mrs Margaret Bender and Frank Doyle, of Philadelphia; Mrs. George Ricketts, of Camden, N. J.; R. D.; Mrs Sarah Ogden, of Abington; Mr. and Mrs. Roland Coxe, Betty Levan and Gene Levan, of Blooomsburg, and C. S. Redline, of Philadelphia.
